改进的两阶段法的及其在煤炭地下气化制天然气项目选址研究中的应用

摘要:

对于煤炭地下气化制天然气产业来说,主要要求获得良好的经济效益和环境效益,其选址问题的目标属于利润型为了促使煤炭地下气化制天然气产业获得良好经济效益和环境效益,本文提出了一种改进的两阶段法选址方法:首先用重心法确定项目选址的大致位置,然后在详细分析项目选址的主要影响因素的基础上,运用模糊AHP法建立模型解决选址问题。在用模糊AHP法计算的过程中,采用GIS方法得到曲线距离,从而计算运输费用。最后运用建立的模型对山东省煤炭地下气化制天然气项目的选址问题进行了分析,得到了优化的项目选址。

Abstract:

For industry of substitute natural gas (SNG) from underground coal gasification, the main requirement is to get a good economic and environmental benefit, and its goal type of location problem belongs to the profit-type. An improved two-stage method is proposed in this paper to promote this industry to get good economic and environmental benefits. First, it uses the center of gravity method to determine the approximate location of the project site, and then on the basis of the main factors detailed analysis of the project site, it uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and creates a model to solve the location problem. In the process of using FAHP method to calculate, it gets curve distance to calculate shipping costs by using GIS method. Finally, we analyze the location selection problem of underground coal gasification gas project in Shandong province by the model we have made, and get the optimized location of project.
